Block players from your club

We’ve introduced a new way for club admins to manage exceptional situations with the ability to block a player from the club. While it’s a feature we hope you’ll rarely need, it gives your team a simple and effective way to prevent a player from participating until the situation has been resolved.

How it works

• A player can be blocked directly from their profile in the admin platform
• Once blocked, they won’t be able to create new bookings or join any sessions at your club
• Existing and future attempts to participate are prevented until the player is unblocked
• Club admins can remove the block at any time, immediately restoring the player’s access

Why this feature matters

Most clubs will never need to block a player, but on the rare occasions where it’s necessary, having the right tools makes all the difference. Whether you’re dealing with repeated breaches of club rules, inappropriate behaviour, or another exceptional circumstance, this feature helps protect your staff, coaches, and community while giving admins full control over when access is restored.
