What this app does
For End-Users, the App (and the associated services) will allow you to identify when and where courts are available, book and pay for courts, arrange matches, book lessons, and access a range of additional and complementary services, according to what your chosen Operator is offering through the App.
Not all functionality and services will be available to all users of the App at all times. The availability will depend upon our development plan, user use and feedback, requirements of Operators as well as commercial partnerships and offerings we are able to access.
The accuracy of the information on the App (such as whether a particular court is available at a particular time) depends upon the accuracy of the information obtained from the relevant Operators.
Do not undertake physical activity without first getting proper medical advice
The App is designed to help you access courts, organise games, get lessons, and access other services. The fact that any goods or services may be available through the App does not mean that they are suitable for you, or that Nettla provides any endorsement, or warranty as to their quality or suitability for you. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider prior to starting or changing any exercise or fitness regime.
Your privacy
Under data protection legislation, we are required to provide you with certain information about who we are, how we process your personal data and for what purposes and your rights in relation to your personal data and how to exercise them. This information is provided at www.nettla.co/privacy-policy and it is important that you read that information.
Please be aware that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure and that any message or information you send using the App, by email or through our Website may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission is encrypted.
In any event, please be aware that any message sent through the App or our Services will be readable by certain staff within the sporting facility to which the message relates. Nettla does not intend to provide a secure private direct messaging service, and you should not use it as one.

How you may use the app
In return for your agreeing to comply with these terms you may:
You must be 18 years old to accept these terms and register in the app
You must be 18 or over to accept these terms and download the App. There may be situations where a parent or guardian sets up an account with Nettla for a child, in order to book facilities and services in the name of the child. This is perfectly acceptable, but please be aware that the adult will be responsible for any liabilities arising out of this, as if it booked the service, and/or used the App for itself.
You may not transfer the app to someone else
We are giving you personally the right to use the App and the Services as set out above. Whilst you may have sharing rights under the rules of an App Store, you may not otherwise transfer the App or the Services to someone else, whether for money, for anything else or for free. If you sell any device on which the App is installed, you must remove the App from it prior to the sale.
Links to third party websites, products, and services
From time to time you may be able to access third party websites, products and services through the App, or through our Website. For example, you may be able to access goods and services, information and promotional materials, and perhaps the booking system of one or more Operators. Nettla has no control over such third party materials, and you access such materials at your own risk. Any use of the third party materials will be subject to, and any information you provide will be governed by the terms of the relevant third party, including those relating to confidentiality, data privacy and security. Without limitation to the other provisions in these terms, Nettla disclaims liability for any loss, damage and other consequence resulting directly or indirectly from or relating to your access to any third party materials, any information you provide, or any transaction you conduct relating to the third party materials.
Change to these terms
We may need to change these terms to reflect changes in law or best practice or to deal with additional features which we introduce from time to time or as the functionality of the App or a Service otherwise changes.
We will let you know of any change by notifying you of a change when you next start the App. We may also notify you by email.
If you do not accept the notified changes you will not be permitted to continue to use the App and the Service. By using the App and/or any Services after you have been notified of any changes, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes to the terms.
Updates to the app and changes to the services
From time to time we may automatically update the App and change a Service to improve performance, enhance functionality, reflect changes to the operating system or address security issues. Alternatively we or the relevant App store may ask you to update the App for these reasons.
If you choose not to install such updates or if you opt out of automatic updates you may not be able to continue using the App and the Service and/or the functionality of the App may be compromised.
The core motivation of the App will always match the description of it provided to you when you first downloaded it. However, the look and feel of the App, and the associated elements may evolve over time, based on usage, feedback, learnings and improvements. We reserve the right to change the Service and the functionality of the App from time to time.
If someone else owns the the phone or the device you are using
If you download, stream or log in to the App onto any phone or other device not owned by you, you must have the owner's permission to do so. You will be responsible for complying with these terms, whether or not you own the phone or other device.
We may collect technical data about your device
By using the App or any Service, you agree to us collecting and using technical information about the devices you use the App on and related software, hardware and peripherals to improve our products and to provide any Service to you.

Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights in the App, the Documentation and the Services throughout the world belong to or are licensed to us and the rights in the App and the Services are licensed (not sold) to you. You have no intellectual property rights in, or to, the App, the Documentation or the Services other than the right to use them in accordance with these terms. Further, we reserve all rights over any feedback you provide us, including any modifications, additions or functionality we add to the App, the Documentation and the Services as a result.
Our responsibility for loss or damages suffered by you
We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time you accepted these terms, both we and you knew it might happen.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We have worked very hard to ensure that the App and the Services are compatible with your device (or at least a device of the type you have). We cannot prevent all risks, such as in the event that our App is incompatible with your device, due to other apps that you have on it, or if you have modified your device in some way. Therefore, if digital content that we have supplied damages a device or other digital content belonging to you, we will not be responsible for any damage caused except where the damage is our fault.
We are not liable for business losses. The App is for domestic and private use. If you use the App in breach of these terms for any commercial, business or resale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Limitations to the App and the Services. The App and the associated services are designed to enable you to access, and book services made available by one or more Operators. The quality of the information on the App will only ever be as good as the information sourced from the Operators. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep the information provided by the App and the Services up to date and accurate, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that such information is accurate, complete or up to date. Further, we fully exclude liability where your loss is attributable to information provided by a Operator being out of date or inaccurate.
THIS APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider prior to starting or changing any exercise or fitness regime or if you develop any discomfort or other health condition as a result of engaging in any activity sourced through the App.
Please back-up content and data used with the App. We recommend that you back up any content and data used in connection with the App, to protect yourself in case of problems with the App or the Services or when you replace your mobile device.
Check that the App and the Services are suitable for you. The App and the Services have not been developed to meet your individual requirements. Please check that the facilities and functions of the App and the Services (as described on the app store site and in the Documentation) meet your requirements.
To the fullest extent permissible by law we exclude liability in relation to any claim arising out of any use of the App or the Services by any person who is not a registered user.
We are not responsible for events outside our control.
If our provision of the Services or support for the App or the Services is interrupted or delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the interruption or delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for interruptions or delays caused by the event but if there is a risk of substantial interruption or delay you may contact us to end your contract with us and receive a refund for any Services you have paid for but not received.
We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Operators.
The quality, integrity and reliability of our services depend to some extent on Operators giving us access to timely and accurate information. In some cases, the availability of a service may depend upon a decision of a Operator. We do not accept any liability for any loss, damage, delay or non availability of a service that arises out of any act or omission of a operator.
Our maximum liability to you.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our Services, App or any content on it, whether express or implied, including any guarantee that our app will meet your requirements other than as specifically set out in these terms and conditions. The maximum aggregate liability of Nettla under this agreement (other than where liability may not by law be limited or excluded) is \u00a350 per user.
We may end your rights to use the app and the services if you break these terms
We may end your rights to use the App and Services at any time by contacting you if you have broken these terms in a serious way. If what you have done can be put right we will give you a reasonable opportunity to do so.
If we end your rights to use the App and Services:
We may transfer this agreement to someone else
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract.
You need our consent to transfer your rights to someone else
You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person if we agree in writing.
No rights for third parties
This agreement does not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise to any other person to enforce any term of this agreement.
If a court finds parts of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later
Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings
These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
These terms were created in English
These terms are written in English, and are intended to be interpreted according to the rules of English. If these terms are translated into any other language, that version is for convenience only, and if there is any difference between the meaning of the English version and any other language version, the English language version will prevail.

Parental Responsibility & Consent
By adding a child profile to your account, you confirm that you are the child's legal guardian and have the authority to act on their behalf. You acknowledge that the child's name, booking activity, and any uploaded profile information (such as a profile picture) may be visible to:
You agree to use this feature responsibly and acknowledge that Nettla and the participating clubs are not liable for how other users may view or interpret this shared information.
Session Participation & Media
By booking your child into a session, you agree that the hosting club may capture photos, videos, or other media during the activity for use in internal operations, coaching feedback, or club marketing materials, in line with their own media policy. Please contact the club directly if you wish to opt out of such media use.
