Smart forms

You can now create Smart Forms to collect information from players directly through your club page, and automatically reward, verify, or personalise their experience based on their responses.

Smart Forms let clubs replace manual checks and scattered spreadsheets with one streamlined process. You can now verify players, grant benefits, and manage special programmes (like student or corporate discounts), all automatically and in one place.

How it works

• Build custom sign-up forms that live on your club page
• Choose where and when forms appear; you control the journey
• Request file or image uploads for verification (e.g. student ID, work badge)
• Automate actions for all players or only verified email domains (e.g. "@unottingham.ac.uk")
• Instantly assign memberships, discounts, or bonus points upon approval
