From bookings and matches to activities and lessons, the cancellation log makes it easy to look into sessions that are no longer in the schedule and understand exactly what happened and why.

How it works

• Browse a transparent log of all cancellations at your club in one place
• Look into the details of sessions that are no longer in the schedule
• Review past communication between players and admins for each session
• View the full log of each session — when it was added, when it was cancelled, and by who
• See refund statuses for each player based on when the cancellation happened
